Vitamin D based supplements have shown evidence when it comes to managing the condition. In fact, getting exposure to the sun which allows for vitamin D production has been found to be helpful. Pregnant women on the other hands have reduced risks of developing this condition after giving birth, which is attributed to higher levels of vitamin D.

Other than these, exercises and yoga are other natural ways being exploited in control and management of MS. This however requires about 6 month continuous engagement to be even effective.
